Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Postevery (the "Service"), operated at postevery.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
2. The Service
Postevery is a social media scheduling and publishing platform. The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts, create and schedule content, view analytics, and manage certain engagement actions (such as comments) across supported networks. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and the platforms you connect.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or abusive content;
- violate the terms, policies, community guidelines, or API rules of any connected platform;
- send spam, engage in inauthentic coordination, or circumvent platform rate limits or automation restrictions;
- connect accounts you do not own or lack authority to manage;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or third-party systems;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.
4. Connected platforms and authorization
The Service integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs or, where supported, through credentials you provide. When you connect an account, you represent that you have authority to do so and you authorize Postevery to access and use platform data only as necessary to provide the features you use โ including scheduling and publishing content, retrieving analytics, and performing comment or reply actions you initiate.
You may revoke authorization at any time by disconnecting a channel in Postevery, removing Postevery in the third-party platform's settings, or deleting your Postevery account. Postevery does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, policies, or enforcement actions.
Postevery is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform. Each platform remains governed by its own terms and policies.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content published through Postevery complies with all applicable platform rules, including disclosure requirements for sponsored or branded content (for example, TikTok branded content policies or FTC endorsement guidelines).
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Postevery a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service and publish to platforms you designate. You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund terms are described on our pricing page. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Third-party services and availability
The Service depends on third-party APIs and networks that may change, impose limits, or become unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing to any platform. Downtime, API changes, account suspensions, or policy enforcement by a third-party platform are outside our control and do not entitle you to a refund except as required by law.
9. Intellectual property
Postevery, its software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Open-source components included in the Service remain subject to their respective licenses. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTEVERY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONNECTED PLATFORM. 12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Postevery from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party platform's terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Postevery or other users, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Postevery's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
