These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Postevery (the "Service"), operated at postevery.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

2. Using the Service

Postevery lets you connect third-party social media accounts and schedule, publish, and analyze content. You are responsible for the content you publish through the Service and for complying with the terms of each connected platform. You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content;
• send spam or violate any platform's automation rules;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled as described on our pricing page.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party networks via their official APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those platforms that affect your ability to publish or retrieve analytics.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you create. Postevery and its underlying open-source components retain their respective licenses. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postevery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
